You’ve tried everything you can think of to feel better, but nothing’s sticking.

Are you feeling frustrated because talk therapy hasn’t fully helped? EMDR can help you move through trauma that words alone can’t resolve, giving your mind and body a chance to truly let go.

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps your brain reprocess distressing memories so they no longer feel overwhelming. Using guided bilateral stimulation, like eye movements, tapping, or sound, EMDR allows your mind to integrate past experiences safely, reducing emotional intensity and creating space for lasting relief.

For clients seeking more focused healing, I also offer EMDR Intensives which are extended sessions typically lasting 3-6 hours and sometimes multiple times a week. They are designed to accelerate trauma processing and healing more quickly than traditional talk therapy. Intensives can be especially helpful if you want to work through a specific memory, issue, or pattern in a concentrated period of time, or if your schedule makes weekly sessions difficult.

If you’re already working with another therapist and would like to focus specifically on trauma processing, Adjunct EMDR Therapy may be a good option. In this collaborative model, I work alongside your primary therapist to provide targeted EMDR sessions aimed at resolving stuck points or triggers that may be slowing progress. Once that processing is complete, you return to your ongoing therapy with renewed clarity and capacity for healing.

Whether through weekly sessions, intensives, or adjunct work, EMDR and trauma therapy offer a path toward relief and connection.

EMDR therapy can help you feel more grounded, present, and like yourself again.
