Want tools and support to finally feel more calm and in control?

Therapy can help gain tools to manage anxiety, understand what fuels it, and start feeling calmer, more present, and in control.

Anxiety can quietly take over your life leaving you feeling restless, tense, or unable to turn off your thoughts. It might show up as racing worries about the future, a sense of dread you can’t explain, or a body that always feels “on.” Sometimes anxiety stems from ongoing stress, major life transitions, or relationship difficulties. Other times, it’s tied to past experiences that taught your mind and body to stay on alert. Whatever the cause, living in a constant state of anxiety can be exhausting.

In therapy, we’ll work together to understand what your anxiety is trying to communicate and how to calm both your mind and body. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help shift unhelpful thought patterns and build coping skills, psychodynamic therapy to explore underlying patterns and their roots, Internal Family Systems (IFS) principles to support the parts of you carrying fear or self-criticism, and EMDR when appropriate to process distressing memories. This integrated, trauma-sensitive approach addresses both immediate symptoms and deeper sources of anxiety.

With support, you can learn to quiet the noise and move through life with greater ease.
