  • My office is located at 26 Main Street in the heart of downtown Concord in Massachusetts. There is free on street parking as well as a parking lot behind the building.

  • Online therapy works just like in-person sessions, but from the comfort of your own space. We meet through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, so you can connect safely and privately from anywhere. During sessions, we talk, explore challenges, and use evidence-based approaches like EMDR, CBT, and IFS just as we would in the office. Many clients find it convenient, effective, and easier to fit into their schedules.

  • Yes! I offer in-person sessions at my Concord, MA office.

  • A standard 50 minute session is $240. For information about EMDR intensives, please reach out directly so we can discuss your needs and options.

  • Our first meeting is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your history, and what you hope to change or understand. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions and get a sense of whether we’re a good fit.


  • The length of therapy varies for each person. Some clients come for short term support, while others benefit from deeper, longer term work. We’ll discuss your goals together and regularly check in about progress.

  • A Good Faith Estimate shows you the expected cost of therapy before you start. It helps you know what to plan for and avoid surprises.
